As a licensed massage therapist in New Jersey and New York since 2007, I specialize in pain management and chronic tension relief, focusing on alleviating pain in the head, neck, shoulders, back, and joints. With over 18 years of experience, I’ve practiced in clinical, chiropractic, spa, and professional sports settings—including four seasons with the New York Giants. This diverse background has given me a well-rounded perspective on therapeutic bodywork and effective pain relief.

My approach is integrative, detail-oriented, and client-centered. Drawing from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Trigger Point therapy, I customize each session to my clients’ needs, improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting overall wellness.
