I am a graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse NY and I am a licensed massage therapist in New York and Pennsylvania and currently practicing massage in Binghamton NY. I specialize in therapeutic massage and pain management using modalities such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping and stretch therapy providing an integrative massage. I use my skills and knowledge to recognize trouble areas within my clients and use a varied approach of techniques tailored to their needs to address those issues. As a mother and former childcare provider, I know effects of stress, family, work, injury and the world have on the body. I love to implement my skills and training as a massage therapist helping people reduce their pain and stress, and to reeducate their bodies and relax so that they can live their best life.
